Exchange and return of goods
Did you receive a parcel and it contains another product or is there something missing? When inspecting the parcel at the post office, did you notice that the goods were damaged on the way? Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. In such cases, please report the problem to us and we will try to solve it together as soon as possible.
1. If upon receipt of the parcel the delivered goods do not correspond to the order, leave the parcel at the pick-up point or with the courier, in the case of courier delivery, and contact our manager by phone: 0 800 501 161.
2. If the problem is discovered later, briefly describe the situation, attach a photo or video of the product that you purchased from us and would like to return by sending a letter from the address used for ordering to our e-mail: info@naturemed.ua
If the product is not opened, and the integrity of the packaging is not broken, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. If a packaging defect is found on the product, and you would like to return it, please contact us by phone: 0 800 501 161 and we will try to find a solution to the problem.
Unfortunately, even the most famous brands are not immune to production disruptions. If you find a defective product, please let us know. Our manager will offer possible solutions, and in the case of an exchange or return of goods, he will tell you how to send us a package.
Please be sure to keep the packaging with the product barcode. When contacting us, we will ask you to provide the product itself or the products that were included in the kit (without damage during unpacking and use), all components and packaging of the product with a barcode, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the product from us.
Approximately within 14 days after receiving the parcel, we examine the returned goods and make a decision on a refund. For a refund, we will need to clarify the bank card number, TIN and full name of the card holder. You will be additionally notified of the refund status.
Please do not return to us products purchased in another store, products that you used, as well as products for which there is no rational basis for exchange or return. In all other situations, we will try to help you quickly and easily arrange an exchange or refund.
