When you purchase NATURE.med® beauty products for a total of more than 850 UAH – delivery TO THE POST OFFICE IS FREE.

Orders that were confirmed and paid before 14:00 of the current day are sent on the same day; after 14:00 – the next business day.

How to pay for cosmetics ordered in the online store?

To buy cosmetics delivered by mail through our website, you need to decide on the method of payment. 2 options are available:

Payment by VISA or MasterCard. You must pay 100% of the cost of the goods through the LiqPay payment system. Products are sent after the money has arrived in our account.
Cash on delivery. In accordance with the requirements of the postal service, delivery of cosmetics by cash on delivery through "Nova Posta" is possible only in the case of orders worth more than 200 UAH. In addition to the cost of production, transport services and a refund are additionally paid (20 UAH + 2% of the order value).

Taking cosmetics at the post office: cash on delivery or prepaid delivery

If you ordered cosmetic products with a 100% prepayment, only the postage is paid at the post office (for orders worth less than 850 UAH). In the case of cash on delivery - the cost of the parcel and postal services (shipping, return of the cost of the goods to the sender).
